Need to return a product?

Because our items are often given as baby shower gifts:

The product you wish to return must be intact, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Then, attach the return label to your package and give it to the carrier.

After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will refund your purchase via the payment method used during checkout or through a gift card if requested by the customer.

If you received a free or discounted item as part of a "Buy X, Get Y" promotion, you must also return the "Y" item to receive a full refund. If the "Y" item is not returned, the discount amount received through this offer will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from within the United States are free.

Returns from outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.
