I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, until your order is shipped, you can request a refund.
Just send us an email with your order number. We will cancel your order and refund you within a few days.
MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, WHERE ARE THEY?
If you ordered several products, you may receive them in separate packages. For better logistics we ship our packages separately.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship your orders worldwide. However, delivery is not offered for all countries.
